Plain words, no fine print.

How Brickseed Co handles the information you share with us.

We keep a small handful of details — your name, your business, what you sent in the intake — and we use them only to do the work you hired us for. Here’s exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us about it.

Effective August 20, 2026

What we collect

We collect only what we need to do the work — to reply to your walkthrough request, design and build your website, run your client portal, and send a receipt. Practically, that means:

  • Intake and contact details. Your name, business name, email, phone, and the details you share in the walkthrough form on the Contact and Get started pages.
  • Client portal account. An email address and a password (stored as a one-way hash) so you can sign in to the portal, see your project’s status, and approve work.
  • Project content. The words, photos, and other files you send us to put on the website. We hold those only to design and build the site, and to keep backups of the finished work.
  • Billing details. Enough to send a paid invoice through our payment processor — card details live with the processor, not with us.
  • Hosting and traffic logs. Standard server logs — IP address, browser, the page you visited — kept by our hosting provider for a short window so we can spot trouble and keep the site online.

How we use it

We use what you share with us for three things, and three things only:

  • Replying to project requests. Writing back about your walkthrough, sending a quote, and confirming the next step.
  • Servicing the website and the portal. Designing, building, and caring for the site, keeping your portal current, and handling the small edits that come up after launch.
  • Billing and support. Sending invoices, keeping receipts on file for our records, and answering the odd question that comes in after a project wraps.

We don’t use your details to build a marketing profile, sell you things you didn’t ask about, or hand your address to anyone outside the partners listed below.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information — full stop. The only people outside Brickseed Co. who see any of it are the service providers we use to run your website and send your invoice, and they only see what they need to do their part:

  • Hosting provider. To keep the site online and serve it to visitors. They see basic traffic logs.
  • Payment processor. To take card payments. They hold card details; we only see what’s on the receipt.
  • Email service. To deliver the messages we send you — walkthrough confirmations, invoices, the occasional status update.

If a partner needs more than the minimum to do their job, we don’t share it. If we’re ever legally required to hand something over, we’ll tell you as soon as we’re allowed to.

Cookies, analytics, and what’s on the site

Your site may use a small set of cookies so it works properly — keeping you signed in to the client portal, remembering your settings, tracking basic anonymous traffic so we can tell whether the site is healthy.

We don’t run ad-tech trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party “share this” buttons that follow people around the web. If we ever add a tool that does behavioural tracking, we’ll update this page and offer an opt-out first.

Your choices

You can always ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we’ll write back within a few business days — usually the same day if it’s quick.

For client portal records, you can sign in and update your details any time. For everything else, just send a note.

If this page changes

We update this page when the way we handle information changes — for example, if we add a new tool or change a partner. The “Effective” date at the top moves with each update, and the change is noted on the page itself. We don’t quietly expand what we collect.

Get in touch

Questions, requests, or a typo to point out — write to brickseed-co@polsia.app and we’ll read it ourselves. Brickseed Co. is a small studio, so what you write lands in the same inbox the rest of the work does.

Want to talk it through?

If a detail on this page raises a question, drop a note and we’ll write back the same day. Privacy questions don’t need to be a long email — a sentence or two is fine.

Start the intake

Replies usually arrive the same day, hand-written.
